 Stephen Turgeon is one of the founders of the company and serves as CEO. He has worked in real estate, community development, and housing policy for twenty years and has overseen and/or developed properties in Tennessee, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Maine, Iowa, and Illinois. Mr. Turgeon has extensive experience with the low income housing tax credit program, historic preservation tax credits, McKinney Act programs, the HOME program, the Community Development Block Grant program, and the Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program, among others. He has received the C3P tax credit compliance designation. Mr. Turgeon received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and a Master's in Public Policy and Management from the University of Southern Maine in Portland, Maine. |
