 Jay Hollingsworth is a founding principal of the company and oversees its commercial property operations. A life-long Memphian, he has extensive experience in real estate development and property operations. During the past 15 years he has been directly involved with the development and asset management of over 1,500 multifamily units and other commercial properties. Prior to becoming a developer, Mr. Hollingsworth served over ten years as Director of Public Services in Germantown, Tennessee, where he oversaw the development and maintenance of public infrastructure, was responsible for an operating/capital budget of over 11 million dollars, and directed the activities of over 70 employees. |
